Morning! I have a new notebook for tracking everything I eat so I can remember when I have time to log it on SP. Just like any other habit, I am going to have to set a time to do this. I think my time will be 7pm. I should be done with my last meal by that time any way as I go to bed between 8 & 9. Yes, that's 8 & 9pm. My bf has to be to work at 5am so he leaves here around 4:30ish. I get up with him so I have an early bed time. The notebook actually came randomly from him as well...right at a good time b/c that was my excuse for not tracking. I would forget what I had eaten and I hadn't pulled out a notebook yet. Anyway, he got a bag of stuff from college for getting a job in his career field already and he won't use most of it so he gave it to me. Things definitely align when they need to.
As for my weigh in today, I managed to maintain. The scale has been going up these last few months and it is now time for it to go back down. My universe keeps falling back into alignment piece by piece. I know if I keep doing what I'm doing the weight will begin to come off again.

***I need to edit this. After I created this blog I went to track my weigh in and found out that I have actually lost a pound. WooHOO!!!
