Who knew such a little device would make a difference in my life. I have only had my zip for 2 weeks. I wear it every day on my bra. It is the easiest place for me and I'm not afraid that I will lose it there. I don't wear it to sleep but as strange as it may sound, I remember to quickly put it on when I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom or shut off snooze in the morning.
This little device has earned me 250 fitness minutes and 500 fitness minutes. I didn't think I was doing that much but I am. I currently walk close to 5000 steps a day. Some days it is less and some days it is more. It just depends on how much I am up and down at work. I try to get up and walk around every hour when I'm in the office.
Right now my goal is to walk 5000 steps a day. I'm slowly working my way to 10,000 steps. Baby steps right now.
