So yeah, ive been gone a while. A few years, and stumbled across this site again bored at work and dug out my old profile.
I'm on a health kick again (AGAIN!) and want to take it seriously and actually lose some serious weight (according to the records on here, ive lost 30lbs in the two years since i last visited, but i really want to shed the other 50 a little bit quicker lol :)
Luckily I now cycle to work and back so im doing forced(!) excercise rain or shine, energetic or not, ENTHUSIASTIC or not! I just need to get my eating habits in tow, thats the hard bit because its every second of every day that counts!
Anyway, I just want to get sorted and be normal size, i like quirky clothing, and also different sports so it would be nice to always be able to find things I like in my size, and not have my weight holding me back in my sports like rock climbing and biking.
I've always been overweight, so its not like there was any main point where I started overeating, and my main issue while losing weight is i hate being hungry, and i can never tell how hungry it is normal to be while losing weight. How many calories to consume, etc.
Is it normal to get moody cos all my dad says is think about something else, which I dont find helpful in any way! Sometimes all I want is a hug or some one to tell me its ok. Thats what id forgotten about this site, how much support and inspiration i get just reading other peoples struggles and achievements.
Keep at it people, its worth it in the long run :)
