Wednesday Goals/Weighin

Monday ended up being a bust of a day. I had a headache that got progressively worse throughout the day and I ended up laying in the dark as much as possible. DH finally made me eat some soup but needless to say not much got done. Yesterday was a bit better but the headache was still present if I started moving too much. Weird. Today I feel it but I have to really get some stuff done so too bad.

Weigh in today went in the right direction. I'm so embarrassed that I gained over 15lbs in 2 weeks. I didn't eat that much or that wrong to cause such a crazy amount of weight to come back on. Down 3.1 lbs today.

Goals for today:

emoticon Dance for at least 10 minutes

emoticon Run errands needed emoticon

emoticon Complete report and make phone call for work (done) emoticon

emoticon Complete 1 load of laundry emoticon

emoticon Have a serving of freggies with every meal and every snack
