Banana, fresh, 0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Raisins, 1 small box (1.5 oz)
Kiwi Fruit, 0.5 fruit without skin, large
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 0.5 tbsp
Cinnamon, ground, 0.33 tsp
high fiber oats & pb chewy bars, 1/2 Bar
The most important part of this breakfast is drinking water from my champagne glass. One reason is that it celebrates my loss of 20 pounds I didn't need. The other, is that it's HUMP DAY!!
