Day 3 - January Jumpstart Fitness Challenge

1) Did you get at least 7 hours of sleep last night? emoticon
2) Exercise at least 10 minutes a day emoticon
3) Nothing to eat after 8 p.m. emoticon

Came closer in sleep last night: almost 7 hours. Was not groggy when I got up, though body a little stiff from the exercise yesterday.

I had 54 minutes of exercise, including the 9 minutes of challenge video. I've gotten a little off track with my recording here, because this is the beginning of day 3, and goals 2 and 3 have not been fulfilled for today. I'll come back later to finish those out, so that the sleep challenge will be for the night before.

Still do not have Xmas stuff put away. The tree is gone, and the ornaments and lights have been neatly arranged by my husband; it's just a matter of getting them back into the plastic bins. We had a weird tree this year... much smaller than normal, so we put it on my craft table which (though we had to remove it to make room for sleeping bags), had no place to go.

Because we had 14 people there, this table arrangement made a lot more room for gifts. The long legs on the right had side belong to my other redhead... creative girl who always wears mismatched socks that still look coordinated somehow.

Our youngest grandchild. He was the charmer of the holiday, as is usually the role of the youngest. Our daughter's five children had taken their turn, now is was Aden's. We have a tradition with the grandchildren of them covering our sidewalks with chalk, and this was no exception. Our driveway was full of "Merry Christmas," "welcome" notices , dragons, and other favored themes.

Did The Jumpstart Video, one part of which was a real challenge. Six minutes of Cardio... got interrupted and never went back to it.
