Down to 187 - woohoo. That's down 30 pounds from my high of 217 two years ago. The divorce diet's really working. It's fairly easy to skip the junk when you don't have much of an appetite.
I know I need to get back into an exercise routine, but it's so hard. I've pretty much spent the last 7 months in bed or on the couch. I just started a new job shelving in a library; I'm on my feet moving around the library for 4-hour shifts. I'm hoping that will get my energy up enough to feel like doing some real exercise!
