Relax

So much easier said than done babywise. TOM came with a vengeance yesterday. I donno why I thought it could be that easy to get pg but i like being a positive person lol Back to drinking my 2 cups of coffee again, I should still be cutting that back. But this morning, don't mess with me! For the past two and half weeks I have been avoiding drinking too. I am not drinker but all the sudden I am dieing for some wine with cheese and grapes, i donno why. Maybe cuz it's a no no. Also that time I was avoiding sudafed..... Go with the flow, relax. Maybe get some yoga lol I am not a yoga person. I am a This better burn like hell or I am not benefiting type of person. I did pilates for over a yr and I kinda felt like it was a waste of time. Good exercise if you stay at home and wanna leave the house for an hr. Not such a good exercise if u are short on time and wanna get a lot of bang for your buck. Water aerobics is kinda like that too though. But I love playing in the water while being social. Really any exercise you can be social doing is up my alley.

The next 4 days are gonna in the high 40's and 50's and rain, which means melting away the snow!!!! I tried to like the winter, I really did. I hate the winter, I really do!

I think if it hits 60 tomorrow, I might pull my bike out for a spin! Don't worry about getting pg, just let it happen. Of course, that's coming from someone who only planned 1 out of my 5 kids. ;)

I hate winter too. The last of our snow melted today. Good riddance.

There are so many tips out there on getting pregnant. I was married to my first hubby for 11 years and never got pregnant. We got with other partners and both had kids within 2 years. Weird.

:) I would just try not to think about it. Just have unprotected sex and when it happens it happens. My sis-in-law did this and she got pregnant extremely quick. Thinking about it makes time go by a lot slower than it really does.

I can't stand the winter either. Especially when I don't have anyone to play in the snow with. And driving when the roads are all iced up is awful. Either way, WV doesn't have pretty fluffy snow.. we have crappy wet snow always. :(

I wouldn't change many habits until you find out you're pregnant. JACARD made some good points, but I don't think that those things really matter all that much anyway. If those things make you feel better, you'll be less stressed and it will help you in the long run.

I see you are trying to get pregnant.

Did you know that a fetus is not attached to your bloodstream for the first 7-10 days after conception? And even then, most of the nutrition comes from the uterine lining until blood vessels form. Which means there's no need to abstain from alcohol completely more than at most 1 week of your cycle -- the second week after you ovulate.

I'm not advocating getting hammered here, I'm just saying.
