well I just got home from work & its now 835 am. the last 2 nights have been pretty good. I've stuck to my caloric goals & water intake so I'm proud of myself, now I just need to figure out how to get some exercise in.
hopefully when I wakeup I can jump on the treadmill & walk away some of these LBS.
