I've started this journey again. It's been a while since I've focused on my health and fitness. I've gotten distracted with being engaged, living with my fiance, working, planning a wedding, planning an out-of-state move, etc. I'm easily distracted, I think because it's easy for me to neglect myself. I don't see myself as being as important as others that I love. It's something I've been working on for a long time, and I think it's something I will be working on for life. The good news is that I start the journey to self fitness/health over and over again. I don't give up. I need to focus on that because it makes me feel stronger. So here goes - day 1 of counting calories.
