Goals 2013

My goals for 2013:

1. Track my food every day.
2. Lose 30 pounds.
3. To move in cheaper place.

To achieve this come here to Sparks everyday and track food and continue to exercise.
I know I can do it.

    I think tracking food is the most important tool for weight loss. Great goal! and it will certainly lead you on the path to goal #2 of losing 30 pounds.

    Move in cheaper place? I moved last year after over a year of fretting about the problems with my old apartment. I ended up buying a place - not cheaper than where I was, but still cheaper than any of the apartments I was considering. My new place is in a safer neighborhood, and I'm in control of needed repairs instead of depending on a landlord who wouldn't make them. Good luck in your search for a new place.
