exercising daily - streak unbroken in 2013
annual exam done - now to lose weight and get my cholesterol down, everything else looks good
mindfulness every Wednesday, hooray! I love that group
what would get me the most "bang for the buck"? Making my weekly meal plans, getting the groceries, and preparing the meals at home
