exercising daily - streak unbroken in 2013
annual exam done - now to lose weight and get my cholesterol down, everything else looks good
mindfulness every Wednesday, hooray! I love that group
what would get me the most "bang for the buck"? Making my weekly meal plans, getting the groceries, and preparing the meals at home

    Impressive! I think choosing what will make the most difference makes a lot of sense. I've had a lot of success, but I just can't seem to get it together to make meal plans. My hubby does the grocery shoppping and he likes to choose what to eat often right before I start cooking. But I think this is just excuses to some extent. If I really got organized, I could get him to compromise.

We eat separately for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. I often eat the same thing for breakfast (Old Fashioned Oatmeal & nonfat milk & fruit) and lunch (brown rice and beans), so it really is just supper I need to plan. Don't know why I am so resistent.

Thanks for being a great example! Will let you know how I do on developing menu plans. I've been saying for 2 years I'm going to do it... maybe this is the year!!
