Woke up still tired…Slept well, just not enough. My normal morning type hunger, no more, no less.
Breakfast: 3 oz. carrots, 1 Gala apple, & 2 Tbls of whole ground flaxseed meal mixed with ½ cup water…made about 16 oz.
Thick, but nice sweet flavor
Mid Morning Snack: Whole Fruit Juice, without the honey …8 oz

Pretty Good, not much different that breakfast…very thick

Celery is very over powering…will use much less next time.
I had a slight sinus headache about half of the day, most likely from lack of sleep. Other than that, I felt fine, and had no hunger. I had planned an evening snack, but took it off because I was too full, and just drank a cup of water instead. It only took me about an hour to prepare my juice for tomorrow, which is an improvement. I can see now that I bought way too much produce, and hope that it will keep. Hubby is starting to complain about the noise of the blender every night. Hopefully I will speed up with practice and it won’t be so bad.
