Day 2 of being a juicer

Woke up still tired…Slept well, just not enough. My normal morning type hunger, no more, no less.
Breakfast: 3 oz. carrots, 1 Gala apple, & 2 Tbls of whole ground flaxseed meal mixed with ½ cup water…made about 16 oz.
Thick, but nice sweet flavor

Mid Morning Snack: Whole Fruit Juice, without the honey …8 oz

Lunch: 1 Gala Apple, 1 Pear, 3 oz. Carrots, & 2 Tbls of whole ground flaxseed meal mixed with ½ cup water…about 20 oz.
Pretty Good, not much different that breakfast…very thick

Afternoon Snack: Whole Fruit Juice, without the honey …8 oz http://recipes.sparkpeople.com

Dinner: Fresh fruit/veg juicer juice …8 oz
Celery is very over powering…will use much less next time.

I had a slight sinus headache about half of the day, most likely from lack of sleep. Other than that, I felt fine, and had no hunger. I had planned an evening snack, but took it off because I was too full, and just drank a cup of water instead. It only took me about an hour to prepare my juice for tomorrow, which is an improvement. I can see now that I bought way too much produce, and hope that it will keep. Hubby is starting to complain about the noise of the blender every night. Hopefully I will speed up with practice and it won’t be so bad.

    Great job on day 2. All of your drinks sound so yummy. I can relate to the husband not liking the noise. Mine doesn't like it much either. Hoping your day 3 is a great one.

    Oh, I read this and would be interested in how it comes out (er, not literally though--there *are* a lot of veggies on this list, lol). I always liked the idea of juicing but would be afraid that I would miss chewing. Do you?

    Sounds interesting as you are not feeling hungry. I am also thinking about going this juice diet, but the problem is that I get migraine if I go even a bit hungry. And they are awful and throw me out of balance. If your results are positive I will also give it a try. Good Luck. emoticon

    are you taking any extra suppliments to go with this as to me that is a very low calori e count you havbe there.are you adding abit of olive oil to the smothies with carrot as carrots need abit of fat with it for the body to digest its nutrients.have you a set number of days you are planning to do this for,when do you start mixing it up with raw to eat veggies?like the others will be interested to know how much you loose,also how your energy levels have improve or decreased.do you go to toilet more often with celery being a diauretic emoticon

    I would love to see how your weight reduces with this way of eating (or should I say drinking!)

    I have thought about doing this and it looks like most people have really good results with juicing for weight loss.
