Hope everyone is having a good new year so far..sorry for not blogging all these days..realised I havent blogged since end of November...need to get back into the routine of blogging again..
Well I have been the same..just busy with mom dad visiting and all..been eating healthy but the portions were way out of range....But been working out consistently thanks to mom...so now time to re-look at my food choices...P and I had a huge talk last night about it..I need to get to a decent weight before I plan to have a baby..I dont want to balloon up to a higher range just coz of having a baby...
so decided to stick to:
Eat a salad for lunch everyday. I wont try to over do it by buying jars/dishes for carrying my salads..will cut up veggies and fruits for it the previous night and keep everything ready, pack a home made salad dressing and get some frozen grilled chicken strips (love Safeway for having them)
Eat carrots every day
30min free weights ST Mon/wed/Fri
60min of cardio 6 days a week
Drink my water and drink coffee black (pretty much consistent on this)
Well thats it for now..
