THE HECK WITH THE "REASON" I FIZZ OUT OF EFFORT

Wednesday, January 09, 2013

I was not feeling so excited about the New Year even though I have started back to three exercise classes and I started looking for the reasons.

Well, while talking to a friend and trying to be encouraging to her while she is going through a REALLY rough time. I made a statement that the finger pointed right back to me. Isn't it wonderful that this will happen all the while you are trying to help someone else. Amen !!!!
Well, the statement was you have to first ask for the "Wiliness" to want to do what ever it is that you are needing to do to help yourself. Then a light went off in my head, after i had hanged up with her. Hey, the heck with WHY I don't feel like I should about getting started toward fitness in the New Year.

WORK on getting the "Wiliness" to do what I have to do and have a good disposition while doing it.

So, here goes, I and asking my Higher Power for the "Wiliness" . i have faith that this is going to come. I even have a lighter heart as of this moment.

I got to get going to the Exercising classes I have scheduled for today. Hope everyone is doing great.

Hugs, Judy
