Momentum Building

I feel that momentum building again. I have had 2 GREAT days. I have exercised. I have eaten within calories. I feel great! Now, to keep it going. I have started to eat almost the same things each day. I am going to change it up each week to keep things fresh, but I have enjoyed not worrrying or having to think about what I am going to eat. This week it was:

Breakfast-
Oatmeal
Small, skim latte

Snack-
Orange

Lunch-
Turkey Sandwich
Cherry tomatoes

Snack-
Fiber granola bar

Dinner-
Shrimp stir fry

Delicious! And, shockingly, I haven't felt overly hungry at all. Just satisfied.

Gotta keep going!

    Yay! I'm glad your starting to feel that roll! I know what you mean about eating the same things. I like to eat basically the same things for breakfast and sometimes lunch. It does make it easier when it comes to planning!
