Tweaking and training

Training: just do it. Sixteen and a half weeks to the marathon. Last night one of my training plans said "30 minute run". Well, since I kind of run SLOW... i.e. walk/jog intervals, 30 minutes doesn't take me very far. And it was after supper, and I felt... sluggish. So walked more frequently. But I did it.

Which leads me to think I need to tweak my schedule a bit... and run before I eat on the after-work workouts. Because put in the minutes and put in the miles I must.
