A New Day

Well, went for my 1st weigh in today. Actually surprised. Thought i was going to be at least 13st like I was last time, but no not quite that high :) Still much higher than it should be and higher than it will be next week.

Got my hubby on the health kick too, that makes things easier. Got a shop to do soon to get all the heath foods needed for meals for the next few days. Even gonna treat myself to some fruit haha. No more bread, no more high fat conveinience foods. Just home cooked goodness. Just need to learn how to cook!

Today is the last time those scales are going to read 12st11&1/2lbs... only going down from here on in!

    Yes. get rid of all those processed foods, I just purged my kitchen after Xmas, all the goodies are gone, gran kids love it when I purge the kitchen, they come over and take it all away! emoticon
