I've had this debate with myself for a long time...is it good to weigh yourself everyday or every other day? When I way myself everyday (or just about everyday) I feel it helps me keep on track somewhat....like if I weigh myself in the morning and I'm up a pound or so when I'm at work and there's a bday party I'm more motivated to say NO to that yummy looking piece of cake. But on the flip side, when I weigh myself all the time it pretty much dictates my mood for the day, which is soooo not good. It's so disappointing when you have been working so hard and eating the right things to be up a pound or even two. And yes I know that body weight fluctuates everyday.... I am a nurse and I totally get it and understand that. But that doesn't matter in my own brain...I want to be down not up. So what sdi you think? Is it bad to weigh yourself everyday or weekly? If there is anybody out there that is reading my blog?!?!
