I spent this morning back tracking. I have been walking minimum of a mile a day for as long as I can remember. Most days it is three miles a day and then make ups. ( After all I promise you and me three miles a day and I have been faithful.) Some times I have even walked as much 12 and 13 miles a day to make it up!! However, along about the end of the November I just stopped tracking my fitness on Sparks. I have absolutely no idea why! This morning I thought I deserve credit for my efforts. I decided in order to be completely honest I couldnt log over a mile a day. So I did just that I logged a mile a day!
I logged a total of 32 miles and I didnt even make it all the way back!
Sometimes we forget to give ourselves credit. Imagine how many miles I actually walked! The things we track can quickly add up. Do the math you may even amaze yourself today!!
We truly forget that what we put in changes what we get back. This morning I looked back and most of blogs have a lot of comments. My last blog had one response! I need to start giving back!
