Today's quote really hit home with me. This winter has been harder on me than some past ones. I feel like a bear that is trapped in a cave and is supposed to be sleeping like all of the other bears but is too restless to but is not allowed out of the cave so is growing more and more agitated. Unfortunately I think this is part of my problem with my binge eating too. I'm taking it out on food and it's only making the problem worse because I then get agitated because I am destroying what I've worked so hard for.
BUT I AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP!! I am going to find some way to pull strength from this. I am going to get through this. I am researching and reading and joining sparkteams related to binge eating. This is one from today..

I WILL GET THERE!!! I WILL GET THROUGH THIS WINTER!!! I WILL FIND A WAY TO BE OK EVEN WHILE BEING TRAPPED WITH THIS BABY!! (Who is so cute and sweet and I totally know it's not her fault.) :) I will get there.
Another tip I got from another article was to make a self-care list and start just taking better care of yourself with things from this list. Give yourself a facial, that sorta thing. This is something for me that is kinda like vitamins. I do good with it for awhile and then I stop. I need to start doing better again to see if it will help. Start keeping up with shaving my legs and taking better care of skin, that sorta thing. I WILL GET THERE!!! :)
