Well, I plucked up the courage and got on the scales yesterday morning and I was down 1.4 pounds. Phew! Big relief. I will confess on got on on Monday morning and I was down at that point so was pretty sure I would lose.
The week went pretty well. I started to exercise. I stuck to under 2,000 calories 5 out of the 7 days. Looking at the calendar, I only stuck to my calorie range for 1 day so I am going to work on that this week! I'm trying to be more conscious of why I'm eating, but definitely need to work more on that.
