The bitter January wind is blowing, and I am looking forward to warm weather and sitting out on the deck. Iíll have my garden, fresh vegetables, and warmer days.

Does the cold get you down? Donít let it! Remember that our lives go through cycles just as the weather does. Spring time and warmer days are coming! Have faith in God! "Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Hebrews 11:1).

Don't let the coldness of the weather or the meanness of others keep you down. Spring is coming! I believe it!

As long as I can go outside and go walking, I am usually pretty good but it is nice to have this when I'm down!

Thanks Jackie. I do have some sort of faith that when I push myself beyond my known capability there will be some unknown capability that opens up to me. I feel that is the essence of faith, being uncertain yet acting anyway.

YES YES YES! Life DOES go in cycles for sure. It's all about how we handle those ups and downs. If we trust in Him, the down cycles are bearable, and the up cycles are cause to rejoice. In the down cycles, we know He will listen. In the up cycles we need to learn He will listen to our thanks as well!

HUGS for a great blog that is cause to pause!

Thank you for the reminder, I definitely have a harder time during winter with depression and just an over all "blah" feeling. Spring is by far my favorite season!
The anticipation of the new baby any day now, and planning my daughters Sweet 16 are keeping my spirits up this year!

Hope you have a blessed day!

We do not have snow here in south Georgia, but we do have cold. I enjoy each season for what it brings--I enjoy life!

It comes every year. Just that lately, you don't know what will come with it. But things will grow and it will warm up, like it always does. Glenn
