I have a weight loss group on facebook, although its just three of us it still helps. I read a few articles on here that really helped me out and I will try them to help me get to where I wanna be. I even took some of the tips I read and posted a few of them to my group. I hope it will help them to!! One of the articles I read was 12 tips to drinking 8 glasses of water a day. That is a TON of water! But I hardly EVER drink water and its time I start drinking it. I have gotten so used to soda and tea that water just hadn't been on my top 5 list of things to drink.
I also searched You-tube and found some workout vids to do at home bends I can't afford a gym. With this cold weather we've been having walking is out of the question. I did look at the weather for my area today and its gonna be in the 70s the rest of this week which is awesome. So I will be able to go walking outside and enjoy myself!!
I have tomorrow off work so I'll probably clean out the spare bedroom in our house and start making it a bedroom for when we have my hubby's aunt down so she'll have a room of her own or maybe if we have a friend that wants to spend the night.
I have a ton of ideas of things I can do to lose weight and I'm so ready to dip into all of it! I'm creating my own personal notebook just for myself to log everything and to write everything down. And yes I will also use my food and exercise logs on here because I love the way it is set up. The more I learn on here the more excited I get and I'm so happy to have support from my fellow sparkers!!!
