i have been off track for a while now.

I have been off track for a while and have gained a few pounds back. I can tell by the pictures. I don't want to weight my self tonight. Denial. I will do so tomorrow morning. I really need to get back into gear. I have lame excuses, and then some. Life is busy with kids activities, school, etc. Me and my husband are going to Maui at the end of February. I really need to get back into the accountability of my food intake and excercize. No more excuses.

    I recently went through this and blogged about it. I picked a day weighed in and then followed my eating plan for the next week. Not perfectly but much better. I also exercised and tracked my food even when I slipped up. In 1 week I lost 7 pounds of the 13 pound regain. I dreaded facing the scale but I felt relieved when I finally did it. I hope things go well for you. I know I feel 100% better since I got back on track. emoticon emoticon
