4 weeks and 9 pounds are behind on my journey. I'm excited and proud of the results. Thinking of ways to beat my aversion to physical exercise.
It just seems so ineffective calorie-wise. I know there are plenty of other benefits to fitness, but I really, really don't enjoy exercising by myself (and I can't go to the gym because I have no one to leave the baby with).
I am taking a fitness walking class at college to fulfill health requirement, so that'll be a start.
I don't think it'll last past this semester. I used to workout off and on, and it gets old fast, unless I have an awesome person to go with. Because then it's more fun than painful.
