Ok so today is January 8,2013. Where in the world have the days gone??? I have lost my spark but I have maintained a 51lb weight loss for 10 months and have been drinking only water ( my replacement for soda) for almost a year..
So Now I have set a new string of goals to see how much I can lose (the right way of course) and see how close too 200lbs I can get by my 40th Birthday 3-11-13
I am 253.8 as of today
I have been working a lot and it took away my drive to walk cuz i do so much of it at work..I do walk a little as I walk to & from work everyday..Mind you it's only a block & a 1/4 so it's not very far but I go to & from 3 times a day every time I work..use to be 5 days a week...now that hours are gone 16 next week....WHAT!!!??? all I can do is exercise to keep mind mind for exploding
So there it is all I can do it put it out there and get my ass in gear cuz I have some work to do
WISH ME LUCK..I MIGHT NEED IT IN THE BEGINING!!
