I am finished with all 7 days of workout videos for the January Jumpstart Challenge.
On to week two tomorrow!
My goals for week two of the challenge:
To complete week 2 videos
To do 30 minutes upper body cardio (lol) at least a few days. Yoga on others.
drink 100 oz water daily
Green shake breakfast daily
Track food every day, either notebook or here, but get back to tracking daily again
Focus on healing and recovering from this leg/foot injury (try to obey Dr)
May give up coffee soon for a 3 week cleanse, along with gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, nightshades, oranges, and bananas...shake, meal, liquid dinner. Clean is a 3 week gentle cleanse. There is a book or a kit. I will follow book version. By Dr. Junger. Since no running for possibly weeks now seems a great time to detox. I can make lemonaide out of lemons!
I saw Dr today & had the xrays and ultrasound on my lower leg & foot. I should hear tomorrow...fracture or tendon...surely not both! Not sure when will be able to run again so incorporate yoga for stress relief...
