Feeling great Tuesday

I had a whole blog written and it got lost. I was pretty good too. It just said how well I was feeling physically and mentally. I hope it lasts.

Thought I should do some strength training today, I usually don't but I need to add it to my workouts.

Today I:

Biked. 30 mins.
Resistance band workout. 40 mins
Jump roped. 9 min. 1079 emoticon
