Finally my to be d-i-l becomes my d-i-l in a few hours and I get the privilege of performing the ceremony. I am grateful.
Tuesday, I accomplished all that I intended. I did buy two dress on sale for 15 dollars, and they were reduced from 60 bucks. One I bought was black in one size and then smaller sized one is a print. I expect to wear the smaller one in February. I also bought shoes, but I am taking them back tomorrow - I am just not feeling them and a bargain is no good when you may only wear it once.
I did ride the bike again and did Heart Interval. I am going to stick with that program for a while, because it is really a heart strengthener. I did it in 30 minute intervals x2 and my highest bpm was 146 for the first 30 and then later, it was 138. I am hoping to do better each day. I also did squats and wall push-ups.
My food was okay - I had a sandwich for breakfast, and okra/tomato/basmati rice, cabbage and pinto beans - for 1100 calories - and that was with a commercial iced tea. Oh and a 711 coffee. Better plans are in order - so on Wednesday, today, I am doing the HR interval and having a green smoothie with my bible study. My exercise day will begin either at 4:30 or 5:00 am - then bible study for an hour and end with my prayer time with my sisters.
My strength training will be kettle bells or heavy bag
and then prep for the wedding. Y'all be blessed.
