Why is it I think I can go on automatic pilot and have things stay the same? Well, I had knee surgery quite awhile ago. My knee is stable now, but have had issues on and off and learned I will never be able to do any high impact exercise again. I just let things go. Not a good decision on my part. Here another year has gone by and what has happened weight gain surprise, surprise. Not really!
My husband seems to be really motivated to make some changes this year, which in turn has caused me to ask myself---What has worked for me in the past? What has helped me the most? I would have to say getting on Sparkpeople and looking at what others have done and giving others support. I know this takes time, but doesn't everything? Also I think it is time that I allow myself time to take care of myself.
So I am here to say I am going at it again to shed 70 pounds and to keep it off.
