Made it a week!

I've made it a week of working out and tracking every day! Not that I've stayed on track each day, but most days I have!

I've also cooked 3 out of 4 planned meals this week! It's not THAT bad when I have it planned out. It's just hard to decide what to make when you're already hungry, and then you just eat out because it's faster. But if you plan ahead, then you know what to fix and you have all the ingredients and maybe even all you have to do is scoop something out of the crockpot when you get peckish! We had stew tonight. :) It was my mom's classic recipe and I love it! Mine was pretty good, actually. And i put the recipe into Sparkpeople and was glad to see that a whole bowl of stew is only about 300 calories, but so filling! ANNDDDD--bonus to my goals of cooking my own food and saving money--I've already got more stew in a container to take for lunch tomorrow!
