Breakfast - yogurt, granola bar, apple (300)
Lunch - soup, veggies, orange (300)
Snack - string cheese (50)
Snack - 1 small chocolate (100)
Dinner - black bean soup, sour cream, small salad (700)
30 minutes morning yoga
I am happy to report that I have lost 3 lbs in my first week! I look forward to keeping up my success. I am not completely sure what I have been doing differently, I think it really is my conscience eating/ calorie counting this week.
I can not put my morning yoga routine past my success either. I am proud of myself for getting up again this morning to do yoga before work. I was very close to sleeping in but the thought of why I am getting up, to loose weight, was motivation enough.
