REPOST of my 1/8/2013 Woo Hoo! Button to Celebrate Success! Topic

So today's Spark Coach for me "Today's Program from Your Coach - Boost Yourself Up with Breakthrough Moments" was in itself a break through moment for me! Even though, I've had a few tough days recently, I realized that in the past I would have really focused on all the failures and given up. BUT this time around, I really have worked through it and picked-up where I left off and kept moving forward.

Just yesterday, after 5 weeks of daily exercise, I missed a day of exercise. I mean really missed it. I didn't do much activity (not even cleaning) that I felt I could count. It was a day, similar to the past, where I sat at my desk because of a tough work deadline. I know there are exercises I can do sitting, but I just didn't do them. Today, I was feeling pretty bad about it, but I really thought to myself that 1 day can't ruin the 35 days I have put in! I thne did a 38 minute cardio video and my next January Challenge workout video. I know that it was a good decision, but I didn't really think of it as a "Woo Hoo" moment until I saw the Spark Coach video today. That was awesome!
