I feel terrible about gaining basically 25 pounds back of the almost 50 that I lost since August 2011. It really has sucked to see that weight pile back on. So, I fought a hard fight and gave up on one idea to pick up another. The No Dinner Diet just means not eating after 4pm. In the past I have not been a breakfast eater, so now I eat breakfast because I'm really hungry and I eat a healthy lunch (not a binge), and have low carb protein shake before the 4 pm cut off. I was also reading that this diet has research to back it in anti-aging literature. I'll take that, too! I will turn 40 in December and I want to look awesome, not fat! Any thoughts or experiences with this diet???
