I blogged/planned my food out yesterday. It didn't go exactly as planned, but it did go well.
Out of eggwhites, opted for protein oatmeal
Subway had a recall on eggs, opted for chicken (lunch and snack)
I went over in calories, but everything else was perfect. I also did an extreme amount of workouts today...as usual. I burned over 1300 calories for the day. I'm not too worried about going over by a couple hundred cals!!
Game Plan:
Hard cooked egg on wheat toast
meetings X 2
Dance with Larry
apple and string cheese for a snack
client
walk on treadmill X 1 hour
grocery store!
tortilla roll up...ham/string cheese and a apple

Not sure what's up for dinner...grocery shopping!!
Positives:
1. Excellent Nutrition Day!
2. Excellent Cardio/Strength training/Yoga day!!
3. Feeling pretty awesome right now body wise!!!
