Day 14 - Completed Two Whole Weeks Without A Slip

14 days without deviating from my weight loss journey. Each day I have tracked all food which has helped to keep me accountable and my head more into the journey. I realize each time I reach for food, I have to make the right choice otherwise I will not like the tracking results. Better choices can be made because it lays it out so clear, they visual to keep you in check.
I am amazed I have not poured a glass of wine in 14 days!
