So I'm a little stressed right now due to something I can't even deal with until tomorrow anyways. Almost immediately I start getting cravings for comfort food. My mind keeps going over all the yummy things that would make it better. But all those yummy things would be a step back from my progress. It's too late to be doing any workouts to calm down my nerves and I really need to get some sleep. Maybe a cup of tea or something. Some breathing exercises might help, too. Wish this would have come up earlier in the day when I could have fixed it instead of later to leave me just enough time to dwell on it!
