The kids went to bed late and it was past 9:30 when I finished dishes and getting lunches ready for tomorrow. Still 1K+ steps to go for my goal. And I- sadly- decided I was too tired to work out.
BUT - I started watching a recording of TBL and was so motivated I started jogging in place in front of the TV. I realize 20 minutes go by and not only did I get a small workout in, I surpassed my step goal for the day but a ton, but I avoiding junking out on food, which I was totally in the mood for.
I have energy now that I didn't have an hour ago. I really have to remember this feeling for- say- tomorrow night. :)
