I am doing well with my kitchen goals this week so far. I have cleaned one or more drawer out each day and relined them. Today I was feeling extra energetic and got out my steamer and cleaned the fronts and the toe kicks under the cabinets-yay. I am feeling very good about my progress in this area of my life.
I am struggling with my fitness goal of 10-30 minutes each morning...I must get up earlier (UGH!). I have been running at my lunch break 40 minutes yesterday and 35 today. My goal of 60 minutes everyday of some kind of activity is hitting a rough patch. I'll get there again, I need to be nice to myself and be a cheerleader not a "Glum".
