Whew, today at work was difficult. I wasn't able to take any breaks, not even for lunch. I did eat, but I didn't get out for a walk. This evening when I got home I used my treadmill for about 30 minutes. I know that these kind of days will be more common than not....I don't want to lose my momentum or my motivation. It is hard to manage on a day like this, but I just need to remember, it only takes 10 minutes of activity...and if I can do that a few times a day, I will be well on my way to healthier living.
