Well I'm kind of gonna use this a journal I think for my progress. So today is day 1. I've kind of been soing crunches here and there but no consistency. I'm motivated now to meet the goal for flattening my tummy before I move to Arizona where I'm going to want to be in a bikini and look my best. So today throughtout watching my show on my day off I did 50 jumping jacks, I did 10 1-2-3 Sit-Ups (at least thats what I'm calling them), and 5 push-ups, also I ran in place for like 5 minutes. I'm going to start off easy and work my way up. I haven't eaten much today but I'm trying to figure out what in my house currently is healthy for me to eat. I did eat some saltines and I'm going to grab an orange. I'm so determined to do this and I'm really hoping that this site will help.
