well, i watched biggest loser sunday and monday...and while i love the show, i'm tired! lol..no i dont have pvr..so i had to stay up late...lol
Anyways, Weigh in tuesday showed im up to 233lbs :( letting me know that i've got 33 lbs to drop...just to start..
so i figured i'd shoot for 7lbs by the end of the biggest loser show(1lb/week)or the 3rd week in febuary...
i did quite well yesterday exercise wise...shoveled my driveway(45 minutes!whew!) and the 45 minute on stationary with 15 minutes on elliptical....then 30 minutes doing dance central...plus i walked at work...we have 2 feet of snow or so in our playground...and as a supervisor i walk all over the place keeping an eye on the children..and its hard work!...lol
so, lots of exercise...today my legs hurt like crazy from all that so i took it easy on them and did some through cleaning/heavy cleaning plus the snowy walking....
oh, didn't mention, i now work at 2 jobs!typical day goes like this:
6:45am, get up, dressed, boys up and dressed and breakfast...pack lunches etc.. and wait for bus(7:45)
by 8am they are off and i'm i exercise from 8 to 10.
10 am shower and/or prep for day(make my lunch/paperwork/research etc..)
11am i leave for work
11:30 arrival at school...i do paperwork and prep stuff until 11:45 when we go outside(i'm a lunch supervisor at our school), we stay outside 25 minutes then come in for lunch...i eat lunch at 1...and have a bit of a break till 1:30
1:30 till 2:20 is my prep time for the after school program, which i'm the co-ordinator and the only staff...
from 2:20 to 6 pm i'm working with the kids...i don't sit at this point AT ALL!! and it includes being outside for 30 minute to 1 hour(depending on temperature), and then reading/snack, activity time then while they have free time i clean up..)
at 6 pm i head home to where i make or put out supper, and dishes then get my kids ready for bed(they have some playtime)...
kids go to bed at 8 and then i'm busy finishing anything left from the day...plus planning for after school program...
somedays we have soccer in the evnings(at 6:30-7:30) or i have home n school meeting...and they are longer days...
So, i'm busy!! but somehow i will find time to exercise and eating healthy is gonna be VERY important!!!
