Welcome to January 2013. What a totally amazing place.
I don't remember all the things I did when I was "serious" about getting fitter: I have to relearn it all.
I took walks after work both yesterday and today.
My body has forgotten how to walk. I limped. I lurched. My joints stiffened up.
I don't know why I do this to myself -- I know I will feel better when I walk and eat better, but, omygosh!! it's so easy to not pay attention and to just eat whatever appeals in whatever amounts will deaden the pain....
So here we are.
I've walked two days. I've eaten within my calorie range for two days, I drunk my water for (almost) two days ... ok, I was short two cups yesterday.
