exercising ..and fleeing thoughts

So enjoying my recumbent bike. It is really important that one finds a exercise that is tolerable..what works for one..doesn't necessarily work for another. I dislike tread mills..very boring..but others must enjoy that repetition.
.I just turn on the tv and away I go biking..logging up to 8 miles most days.
