I'd been wanting a Fitbit for a while, and Hubby got me the One for Christmas. I must have been using it for just a week, because today I got an e-mail with my weekly stats in it - I wasn't expecting that! So, here are my stats for 12/31/12 - 1/6/2013

Not bad at all, considering I was sick in bed for 3 of those days, spent the next 2 mostly in bed, and took naps on the weekend. Interestingly, it doesn't show a statistic for total flights of stairs climbed., but I can probably find that through the web site.
I'm sure that the sleep statistics are off (one night it took me a LOT longer than 5 minutes to fall asleep, due to the pseudafed I was taking). But like any measuring system, it will be consistent with itself, so I'll at least know how long I spent in bed and approximately how much of that was sleeping, or at least motionless.
Overall, I'm very happy with this little device so far.
My main goal this week is to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. I had been averaging about 6.5, which may be one of the reasons I got sick in the first place! So, I'm forgoing exercise as I recover and prepare for next week's customer event at work. This week and next, the focus will be on sleeping and healthy eating.
