I'm hoping to be able to look back at this in May and be happy with my progress.
Hair Color: Black (naturally a brunette)
Eye Color: Blue
Highest Weight: 192
Lowest Weight: 165 (if we're talking about since I started struggling)
Current Weight: 188
Goal Weight One: 180
Goal Weight Two: 170
Goal Weight Three: 160
Final Goal Weight: 150
BMI: 31.3 Obese (Just so everyone knows, the BMI is bull.)
Body Rate (1-10): 2
Pants Size: 12-14
Shirt Size: L -- would be an M in most cases if it weren't for the ladies.
Bra Size: 36-38DD
Shoe Size: 9, usually
Pants Size Goal: 8? I guess. I've never really thought about it.
Shirt Size Goal: I don't have one.
Cardio (duration, times a week): Currently, walking when I can. Would like to add in aerobic exercise. Current goal is at least 10 minutes a day. Would like to get to 30.
Strength Training (target zones, times a week): Total body, 3x week.
Stretching (duration, times a week):: Need to get better at this. Would like to do it twice a day.
Sports: Tennis, soccer
Calories (per day): Generally about 1200
Fat (saturated per day, unsaturated per day): Generally 30-50
Carbs (per day): Generally about 200
Protein (per day): Need to get better at this. Generally about 30.
Rules:: Anything in moderation. Did take out soda and most sweets though.
Tips/Tricks: Drink plenty of water.

Do you drink: Rarely.
Do you think you’re healthy: Somewhat. Am working on improving.
Do you think you always eat healthy enough: Generally, yes.
Do you have an ED and if so which one: No.
Do you regularly take anything (drugs, pills, laxatives, diuretics, etc.): Only medications from my doctor. Recently started Alli though.
Do you have any mental disorders (besides an ED): Depression, anxiety.
Beverage: Water or tea
I'm going to try to remember to do this monthly to track my changes. Here's to hoping!
