Today was a good day. This week has started out better. I've planned my meals well and stuck to them.
In addition, I've been walking at work more this week so I'm getting some extra movement in. I'm happy about that as well.
I did my first weigh in of the new year today. I did not like what I saw. However, I did not let it get me down. I stayed on track and I was under my calorie goal by a few calories today. YAY!
