Today was a good day. This week has started out better. I've planned my meals well and stuck to them.

In addition, I've been walking at work more this week so I'm getting some extra movement in. I'm happy about that as well.

I did my first weigh in of the new year today. I did not like what I saw. However, I did not let it get me down. I stayed on track and I was under my calorie goal by a few calories today. YAY!

First WI of 2013: 153
Goal: 124

    I hear ya! I expect to lose weight fast but I know that is not going to happen so I have to learn to take it in stride and not get me down. Keep up the good work! emoticon

    This is a starting point your next weigh in will reflect better what you are doing. Also try to find another way to show your progress when the scale is not so helpful.
