2 More Excuses!

I am not a big fan of exercise, but I need to do it if I am to lose weight. I find that I can get my exercise in if I do it first thing in the morning while I am still asleep and my brain has not caught on to what I am doing. Today is the second day in a row that I have missed out on my exercise and I know that without it I will not lose any weight. GRR!
I have two excuses for not exercising that are really true, but probably should not be allowed to keep me from exercise. Yesterday I had an appointment with the eye doctor for new glasses, which I definitely need. Today I went to the dentist which is probably my least fun thing to do every six months. I always make the appointments in the morning so my husband can take me on the way to work and I am not stuck on public transit for 3 hours round trip.
Okay, do I get to use those excuses or not?
(Tomorrow I will exercise--no appointments!)

    If you exercise before you are awake, you can sleepwalk and call that your exercise.
