Tracking is definitely key to successful weight loss. I do a whole tone better when I track. This year, I have made my trackers public and intend to track daily. I need to set myself a challenge of tracking online, especially nutrition. I am getting back to my old "good" eating habits and getting rid of the new "bad" habits. I have definitely became more determined to focus on eating as healthily as I can while others around me are making bad choices.
